Returns :
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. We do thorough quality check before dispatching the order. If at all, there are any damages spotted in the apparels then please note the following –
- Please write to us on kawaiibychitrabahar@gmail.com or leave us a message on our Instagram (@kawaiiexclusives) or Whatsapp (+91 7976859326), along with your Order ID within 48 hours of delivery. We won’t be able to process an exchange request raised beyond the stipulated time.
- A clear video of unpacking the order is a must along with a snapshot of the damage. In absence of the same, we will not be liable to exchange the product.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
- Once the product is received by us and a quality check is done by our team, we will issue a Coupon or a Voucher of the value of the product or will ship a new product within 2 weeks of receiving back the product.
- The Coupon/Voucher can be used within 1 month from the date of issuing the same.
- Fall Pico charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Return/Exchange is not possible for international orders.
- Please note that if multiple products are ordered, then only one product is liable for exchange.
